So, a lot has happened since last I posted.
I'm feeling very conflicted and tired.
I'm tired all the time. I feel stressed out all the time. I might be pushing myself too much, I don't know.
I feel sleepy all day but as soon as it's time for bed I can't get myself to actually go to sleep. When I do I wake up randomly.
I haven't been working out or walking the dog. I feel bad, because the dog deserves his walk, but he's just as lazy as I feel. He keeps me company in bed.
I got a haircut at the show this past monday- well twice. And I hate the second one mroe than the first. The first was what I usually get, the second was completely random and it's uneven and thinned out (all on purpose). I look like an escaped mental patient. It's kind of like how I feel right now.
I guess it suits me.

So, in the past, what....month? that' I've been absent a few things have happened.
Most of it's boring.
This week is the like...REAL big thing right now.
FIrst I bought a new car satruday. WOOO. First time ever owning something all by myself this big. It's a pretty big purchase. Yeah.
So then monday we drive down and take it to urbana and back.
Tuesday we spend the day in the city to see Flogging molly. I lose the tickets, and then get them back.
TODAY I FUCKED UP. And I can't believe it. I mean this is the world telling me I'm a mother fucking idiot. Seriously.
I knew something was going to happen. Something bad. I'm so fuckign stupid.
I wasn't even awake and i went out there to move the damn car for my mother. Because she waits until last fucking minute to have anyone do anything and is always in a mother fucking rush to get anywhere. I bet she's secretly laughing at me. Fuck her. I'm so pissed. SO fucking pissed.
I cant' even write it down because I'm hoping when I walk back outside it's fixed.

OMFG, I love my Wii Fit. I'm feeling a little guilty sitting here typing this while munching on a peanut butter cup and watching Battlestar Galactica when it's supposed to be on the board this very moment... But T.O.M.s in town so I'm giving myself some leeway.
It's a lot of fun. Now it's definantly not a gym replacement, but if you're not looking for super sculpted abs you're in good hands.
It's nice that there is a little "trainer" and he\she tells you how long to hold the pose or how to do something, because that's what I never could figure out myself. Even when I did a video I'd probably quit a little earlier than the video. The nice thing about the game is that it gives you points and you can't go further without more points and open more things to do. And I dont' want a low score, so i push myself.
I would say the only lame side is the idea that it really doesn't give you a break on weight gain, but it's atleast a remind of not eatting real late at night, because it really does show.
Oh well, my pants fit nicer, even a little too lose. Whoop, whoop!
Anyway, I'm going now. I'm going to watch BSG while working out.

FRIST! They are making a Sushi/bento/udon place in the mall. I know where all my tips are going. Holy shit. EVERY DAY, MOTHER FUCKERS. I hope not... shit.
SECOND! Flogging Molly, March 17th. Who is buying tickets? MEH!
THIRD! New TV. I love Circuit City and I'm sad to see it go... BUT I GOT SHIOT FOR CHEAPPP!! Flight of the Conchords Season 1 and A 32 inch TV and Raising Arizona and USB ports. one to send to the Squirrel girl chock full of music!
Okay, now that this is all over can someone PLEASE tell his Puppy that toes are not edible?

So, work has been pretty busy and hectic, and I've been consumed by watching Anime and reading Manga. I lead an extraordinarily dull lifestyle. I come home, play with the puppy and the kitten, read e-mails I didn't already erase on my Blackberry, and curl up under 3 comforters for a good night's rest.
I bought a couple Moleskine notebooks, to use for journaling and drawing, but I really haven't let them live up to their expectations.
And work is pretty slow, so I've given up any chance of a social life by working the entire weekend. A girl needs to pay the bills somehow. Right?
At this point I don't know if I feel happy or sad. I'm real indifferent to life.
Anywhoo, in the attempt to make life more positive I'm going to go back to doing TILT.

♥
The webcam on my laptop works and it's fun to play with!!
♥ I like this Spring 2009 collection from Manish Arora, only because it's a completely crazy circus motif. The one thing about runway is that it's usually completely useless.
♥ Continuing with runway fashion, this collection by Number (N)ine is also pretty neat. Although, the face coverings kind of pull away from some of the clothes, because it covers some of the detail, it's really interesting. You don't get distracted by the model's hollow cheeks. Haha!
♥ Express is having a big sale, shop from the box $9.99 sale, and I'm going to sneak back there to get a couple more of these shirts. It's like a tailored sweatshirt. I don't know why, but i love how it feels and looks, and every time i wear them I get compliments (well more along the lines of "you look like you've lost weight!" but still! A good fit means you looks great =3). I also bought this, but i haven't worn it out yet. maybe today. It's perfect for pjs or a really cold day, but it doesn't do much for shape lol.
♥ I also usually never wear T-shirts, but I saw this and made an exception. It's a v-neck, too, so it won't give me that feeling of being strangled by my clothes.
♥ I'm really big into scarves right now, I like how they look on anyone, basically. I also love that they keep me warm without getting in the way. I have a lot, but I only wear two. One is a scarf like this one that I got from Hottopic a year ago, and then a Burberry I got for $12 at a purse show.
♥ I really, really love this drawing for some silly reason. Deviant Won't let me post the actual image, pooh!.

I ONLY HAVE ONE THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS WEEK'S EPISODE OF HOUSE:
CHICKS BEFORE DICKS, BITCHES!
CHICKS BEFORE DICKS, BITCHES!
I purchased a new laptop today. It's WAY smaller than my old one... OH AND IT TURNS INTO A TABLET!!
WHAT?! WHAT?!
So, I watched Tinkerbell for the first time today. It was kind of really lame but pretty awesome at the same time. I like fairies and being all cutesy with tiny things...
But damn I feel like they really blahed Tinker out. Although, someone at the store commented on how she was thicker in this movie than she was in Peter Pan, and i kind of agree. but it's a good thing. All the fairies seemed a little bigger in different places. Rosetta, for example, had a bandonkadonk on her. Fairy Mary was just big allllllll over. She was squishy and cute and motherly.
Anywho, I'm a little disappointed by how typical Tink was, and I don't think I liked that she talked. She was a whinny little snit anyway.
My dad pointed out that it was funny that she helped Wendy out with her little music box when she's such a cunt to her later on.
I had to laugh.
We went out for sushi tonight for my birthday. It was nice, unfortunately I can only taste half of what I ate since my nose is stuffed. I'm sick. Yuck. Atleast it's not like last year, throwing up all over the place because I got a stomach flu. I didn't even get to really drink before I started to throw up.

I'm going to buy a couple Moleskines.
One for Sketches.
One for a Journal.
I want to write more, I want to draw more, and I want to see what happens to me as life goes on through this year. I see a lot of good things happening.
I want to see how I progress, I want to be able to look back on what I wrote and what I did and how I felt in this next year.
This is kind of a "resolution" but at the same time I don't think it is. I have this feeling I'll end up dropping this whole idea three months into 2009, but we'll see. I think if I keep both of them on me all year, it'll work out.
My toes are cold and i need to get ready for work.

Coraline Dolls! I seriously love how this movie is turning out. The book was written so it could easily translate onto the screen, so it'll be hard to eff it up. And I love the website, the tidbits on how things were made... I'm really excited. I can't wait to see it!! I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONGGGG!!!
I'm getting these dolls. FUCK yeah! Although I think I might not be able to considering that this is a website for distributers.
Hmmm.... YAY DOLLS!

Okay, so I like making lists of things i want, and I don't expect anyone to get anything for me, because I'll buy it myself (you know what they say, if you want it done right...do it yourself). And usually, I make a list of things I already bought. But this time I'm making a list of things i want and I'm most likely showing my dad so that he can get it for me for my birthday. Haha, birthday...
1. A Moleskine sketchbook. Over at Amazon they have them for a real decent price. 12 bucks. And I love shopping at Amazon. Sooo much. It's that "I GOT THE BEST DEAL ON THIS AT AMAZON" kinda feeling, rather than that instant gratification. And Amazon ships pretty fast, so it's all sorts of win there!
2. Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. Super awesome!! I love the Wii!!! I love playing this game, even though I'm horrible at it. I never get the girl, and I'm really bad at setting up my farm and everything else. My animals always die... but it's like playing the Sims without the annoying "I have to pee" or "I'm hungry, feed me!" parts.
3. This Purse by Lucky. It's really pretty and really nice to the feel. It doesn't have that yucky leather smell. But it's almost 200 bucks. Aaaaahhh... I'd wait til it was on sale!
4. TICKETS TO ENGLAND! WOO! That would be awesome as heck. I'm sort of getting these, but I just have to save up money first and then figure out times with my mother.
5. These Alice in Wonderland Themed Rings are freaking awesome. Gala Darling had them on a theme earlier and I fell in lurve.

First of all, Coraline.
If you know me pretty well, then you know I'm a big fan of Neil Gaiman's work. I don't have EVERYTHING he's written. I almost refuse to buy his collections of short stories (because I'm never satisfied with a short story. I want it to go further!), but I love everything he does and have it all scattered throughout my room.
Coraline is a children's book teetering on the edge of cult and teenage angst. Go figure. A little girl who's unhappy with her current spot in life. Her parents always seem too busy for her, she lives in this dreary old house, full of old people. Hey, I've totally been there, boring as hell. Of course, any time anything good pops up you've got to check it out. She does, and falls into a twisted Alice In Wonderland scenario... But a black cat instead of a white rabbit and the other mother with button eyes instead of the queen of hearts.
Right now there are 50 awesome boxes from the production company that worked on Coraline. Neil Gaiman has a character (of COURSE, haha) and there are smatterings of people all over the web getting these awesome boxes of WIN.
Then there's Up,
Take one crotchity old man, one boy scout, a big ol' house in the middle of the city, and a shit-ton of balloons. I'm already holding my bladder in excitement. Pixar always has a great story and I'm expecting more greatness. From what I've been reading it's going to be a slightly depressing story, but of course it'll have a happy ending. Pixar is able to create these characters that you care so much about, in a matter of minutes you're that character's BFF, and make you cry your eyes out. I almost bawled the first time I saw Wall-E the full way through, to be honest. Back to the point, I'm really excited to see the misadventures of these two characters!
Now, this one is already out, but I want to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
When I first read up on this I realized it was by the same guy who wrote The Great Gatsby. After reading that load of tripe I had my reservations. All I can say is Ew. I want nothing more in my life but to hear the story of a bunch of spoiled brats spoiling around and killing people in pools. But all the reviews I've been reading sound pretty good. So, we'll see. I can tell you one thing, I want to see old...infant ben? From both sides. I mean on both ends. I mean... What do I mean?
Oh, and Doubt.
Nun who accuses a priest of molesting a black student of theirs. She's all crazy, wanting everything to stay the same, but who knows he might have done something. Meryl Streep is always awesome.
Honorable Mentions: 9, Adventure Land and New In Town.
THe Obvious: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Watchmen.
ANDDDDD RIP to Eartha Kitt who passed away at the age of 81. She's beautiful, she's awesome. She was one fly cat (oh bad pun).
=(
PS- I totally had a TILT, but it died!

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Merry Whateverelse!
Can I just say i really like shopping for gifts? I like finding someone that someone will really love or really not expect. I like seeing the joy on other people's faces.
I, on the other hand, don't really like getting gifts. When people ask, I don't know what to tell them. So that usually leaves them up to finding something for me, and then I really don't know what to tell them. If it's my parents, usually it's something thoughtful, but off the wall (For example, this year, my dad made me a coat hanger for all of Winston's sweaters XD). Also, I have a tendency to buy for myself a lot, so when it comes right down to it I usually have already bought what I wanted in the first place. And making a list never goes over well for me. I feel like I'm demanding something, and I usually don't get what I want on my list because I end up either too specific or too vague (Go figure).
I think when it comes to giving gifts you should really look at a person's lifestyle and their general likes and dislikes and decide what to get them on that.
If a person likes to cook and is fond of owls... Then get them some owl themed cooking supplies. Or make them owl themed something.
If someone likes little games and activities that they can cart around and spring out in a moment's notice....then find them a game or two that's portable.
If a person is always cold, get them a blanket, a pair of cozy slippers, or even a heated blanket (oh man, that one is expensive).
If someone is really into sprouting (like my mother), then get them something to help them with that hobby.
I usually see gift guides that really just show off what that one person thinks is awesome. To be honest, a lot of times it is super awesome. But to really get a gift for someone that they'll enjoy or make real use of, I think it is really just dependent on each person.

♥ CAN I JUST SQUEAL IN EXCITEMENT FOR THE NEWEST X-MEN MOVIE?! X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE. MOTHER FUCKING WOLVERINE AND MOTHER FUCKING GAMBIT. WHAT?!
♥ Holiday Tips. I'm a greedy little thing. But I love money.
♥ New brushes from MAC.
♥ Winston being dry for a week on the bed!! YEAHHHH!! Monday we can go on walks again! Woot!
♥ I just started using blush, today, and I think I like it. I hope I put it on the right way. Hahaha!
♥ Spending the next couple of weeks with friends instead of being cooped up at home all the time!
Is it really bad that I get a real high listening to the Watchmen Trailer? I don't even have to watch it. It's just the real mood that the song gives me. William Patrick Corrigan, you're such a hunk in the voice area.
I think after work I'm going to buy Watchmen.I've read snippets of it but never the whole thing.
Oh, and I'm sooo proud of Winston. He didn't piss or poo in the room last night. At all! And he had free range. He didn't sleep on my bed.
And I got him the cutest sweater at Spencers. Oh, lawrdy, I sound horrible with the sweater talk. But it's red and black stripes and he really does look very spiffy. Biatches!!!!
I need to go shovel the driveway. Pooh!

Haven't done one in a long time. Lets go!

♥ I got my hair done on Thursday. It's way darker than it used to be. I know I like it, but I don't know if I'm in love with it yet. It's kind of easier being blonde, because when it grows out it blends in easier. SO WE'LL SEE! Haha.
♥ This kind of goes with before, but more so. I love the feeling my hair has when someone else does it. They don't get lazy half way through anything, like I do. I get tired of doing it to myself. If it's someone else, that's different, but on my own hair I get lazy and tired and just kinda ...stop. Haha.
♥ Classic Japanese Horror. I like it because it's more about human nature than it is about killing people off. THey focus more on the reason, than what's being done. I watched Mononoke and Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales. They're both really good, Mononoke is a spin off from Ayakashi. THe medicine seller tells a better story than the first two stories from Ayakashi. The first two are dry and slow, and the third has a sense of humor to it and with the confrontation of their sins there's alot more realism. Yes, they are both anime and both cartoons!Woo!
♥ Going on 1.5 mile walks with Winston and my neighbor with her dog. It's nice feeling awake afterwards and that I actually accomplished something. I can't go for walks for the next week or so because Winston lost his manhood on monday, so they said no walkings because it'd rip his stitching. Poor buddy.
♥ Finally getting issues at work semi-resolved. Hopefully it'll all work out for the better.

Costa had his Grand Opening of his salon. There was wine involved.
I had way too much.
I seriously should not have driven home.
I bought Burger King Coffee on the way home because I was seriously afraid of not being awake.
I burnt my tongue.
I shouldn't have driven home. I kept taking the deepest breaths and telling myself to call someone. But then I kept getting closer and closer to home.
I hate the fact that I can conciously remember everything while i"m drunk. Okay,, well no, I like it because then I never have to regret anything after hearing it from someone else.
It is seriously like sitting in an empty theatre watching yourself. It's like Mystery Science Theatre, but more embarrassing than fun.
Winston looses his manhood in the morning.
I can't keep my eyes opne for this entry. Bad.

You know, I'll admit, some of her songs are catchy. It's hard not to get involved with her music, humming along, or staring at the music video blankly. But I'm going to admit that I'm a little upset about her Circus themed album.
Now, I'm all for stretching your wings and showing the world what you love. Gwen Stefani got some real crap for her Harajuku girls. And Christina Aguilera is under the same heat for her Pinup girl style. At first it was a tad bit annoying from both, it felt like it was all becoming to mainstream. When stuff like that goes mainstream I feel like the dignity is taken away from it. No one cares about the background, the history, or anything.. It just feels like mindless fandom.
But you can tell that Christina and Gwen really, really enjoy their little fandoms. They know the history about it, they know where it came from, whatever.
I kind of get the feeling that Ms. Spears is kind of feeding off that quirk that the other two are working on, but it's her agents who pushed her into it. She probably likes the look, but I dont' think she knows any history behind the "freaks" that she has flashing behind her during her shows. And no one else will either.
OH well, we'll see.
Oh, and my boots rock.

I just bought these boots on amazon. I usually don't buy shoes online because I'm afraid of them not fitting or being comfortable... But they were such a good deal and so cute (plus I got free shipping) so I had to.
